Artworks, oracle cards, and readings are all subject to interpretation, and should not be taken as absolute. No responsibility will be taken for advice that is given on the card, or by the reader. All readings, artworks and products crafted by Sunflower Soul are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading.

The use of any of my artwork or cards does not replace professional medical/legal/business opinion and advice. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free will and common sense. If you are suffering with mental health issues I strongly advise you to reach out to a medical professional or mental health team for support with this.

The contents of a reading are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by or as a result of working with my cards or works are the sole responsibility of you, your own person, and have not been forced upon you, by the cards, artwork, reading or artist.

Sunflower Soul accepts no legal liability for damages, losses, or consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, using my cards or works for readings or other purposes.

Please use your own common sense and judgement at all times. If you are a professional reader ensure your clients sign a disclaimer or direct them to your terms and conditions, and always have insurance in place.

  • When you place an order: We collect your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number so we can process, package, and ship your items (Contractual necessity).

  • When you make a commission or general inquiry: We collect your name, contact details, and message contents to respond to your request (Legitimate interest).

  • Payment Information: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay. We never store or see your full payment card details.

  • Website Analytics: Squarespace automatically collects basic technical data (like browser type and general traffic info) to help us keep the site running smoothly (Legitimate interest).

We never sell or trade your information. We only share essential details with trustworthy service providers to help run Sunflower Soul:

  • Squarespace: Hosts our website, shop platform, and contact forms.

  • Payment Processors: Securely handle transactions (Stripe / PayPal).

  • Postal & Courier Services: (e.g., Royal Mail or trusted couriers) to deliver your artwork safely.

  • Email Provider: Handles mailing lists if you sign up for updates.

  • Sales & Tax Records: We keep basic order and invoice details for 7 years to fulfill UK tax (HMRC) obligations.

  • Inquiries & Messages: Retained only as long as needed to complete our conversation or custom commission.
